Amy Hendrix-Dicken is the Senior Staff Research Assistant in the Department of Pediatrics at the OU-TU School of Community Medicine. She is a member of the Cherokee Nation. She is currently a doctoral student in OU-Tulsa’s Organizational and Community Leadership program with a focus in policy, advocacy, and the non-profit sector. Her research interests include child maltreatment, the social determinants of health, adverse childhood experiences, and the impact of policy on Indigenous children. She has published previous research findings, and presented at the international, and national levels.
