Captain James Chapple has worked for the Cherokee Nation Health System as a Pharmacist for 22 years.  He graduated from the Southwestern Oklahoma State University College of Pharmacy in 1997 and University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy in 2003 with a B.S. and Doctor of Pharmacy respectively.  He graduated in 2016 from Oklahoma State University with a Master’s in Healthcare Administration. He is also a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist by the Certification Board for Diabetes Care and Education.

CAPT Chapple currently serves as the Director of Pharmacy Clinical Services for the Tahlequah Campus, Pharmacy Intern Coordinator, and Pharmacist-In-Charge of the CN W.W. Hastings Outpatient Pharmacy.
