Dr. Spiekerman is the Regional Director of Medical Education at A.T. Still University, Kirksville, MO, and an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at A.T. Still University.

He also serves as a Clinical Preceptor at the Midwestern University Residency Program and is the President and Medical Director of Arcadia Pediatric Consulting and Arcadia Therapeutics.

Dr. Spiekerman earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences and completed his residency at the University of Florida at Jacksonville, where he received the Pediatric ER Resident of the Year and Golden Apple Resident Teacher Award.

His recent research and publications focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections (PANDAS), and he has lectured nationally on these topics.
