Dr. Coffey is an esteemed child and adolescent psychiatrist currently serving as the Chair of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences.

She holds additional roles as the Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Medical Director at the Health Access Network.

Dr. Coffey earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by a psychiatry residency at the University of Chicago and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Cambridge Health Alliance, Harvard Medical School.

Her recent research focuses on mental health access and trauma-informed care.

Dr. Cpffey is also a recipient of the 2024 Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine Award and has multiple notable publications, including recent studies on food insecurity and mental health in children.
