Dr. Lane is the Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences (OSU-CHS) and the Emergency Medicine Residency Director at OSU Medical Center. He also serves as a Clinical Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine.
He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from OSU-CHS and completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Integris Southwest Medical Center, where he was Chief Resident.
Board-certified in Emergency Medicine, Dr. Lane specializes in shock/trauma, toxicology, critical care, disaster medicine, and infectious diseases.
He has received multiple awards, including Outstanding Cardiovascular Resident and Outstanding Educator at OSU Medical Center.
His research has been published in the Annals of Emergency Medicine and Proc (Bayl Univ Med Cent), among others.
A dedicated educator and speaker, he has presented at numerous conferences on topics such as rapid sequence intubation, toxicology, and cardiovascular emergencies, advancing emergency medicine education and patient care.
