Dr. Micah Hartwell serves as Director of the Office of Medical Student Research at the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine at Cherokee Nation and Clinical Assistant Professor of Biostatistics and Epidemiology at OSU Center for Health Sciences. He holds a PhD in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in research methodology and statistics from Oklahoma State University, where he also earned an MS in Health and Human Performance. Additionally, he holds a graduate certificate in Public Health from the University of Florida. His expertise centers on statistical methods in public health, behavioral health disparities, and medical education research. He is a published expert in epidemiologic methods and health equity and has completed advanced training at Johns Hopkins and the University of Oklahoma.
