1. Analyze best practices and updated guidelines in managing chronic conditions, such as diabetes, within Internal Medicine, focusing on optimizing treatment approaches for complex cases and implementing effective lifestyle interventions.
2. Evaluate the role of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), in Internal Medicine to improve diagnostic accuracy, enhance decision-making, and promote efficiency in clinical practice.
3. Identify and address critical issues in health policy, proper prescribing practices, and patient safety in internal medicine and family medicine, with an emphasis on addiction management, preventative care, and the appropriate use of advanced directives.

The Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians.
