Overview

Unite with educators, mental health professionals, and community leaders to tackle student needs at Oklahoma’s School-Based Mental Health Conference. Gain resources and skills in prevention, intervention, crisis response, collaboration, and burnout reduction to build safe and thriving school communities.


Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Enhance Practitioner Capacity: Participants will develop skills to address school-based mental health needs, implement burnout prevention strategies, and apply interventions for the local school community.
  2. Strengthen Interprofessional Collaboration: Participants will learn effective strategies to improve interdisciplinary teamwork among school counselors, psychologists, educators, and community mental health providers, reducing service fragmentation and duplication.
  3. Implement Tiered Prevention and Early Intervention: Participants will acquire tools to integrate services in a multi-tiered systems of supports (MTSS) and conduct systematic screenings to identify and address mental health needs in rural and high-need school districts.
  4. Strengthen Crisis Response: Participants will gain tools for triaging crisis and disaster response to ensure timely and coordinated support for students.

Registration is limited to 200 attendees for conference. 

Registration closes on Friday, November 7, 2025 at 3:00pm CST.
