Overview
Grand Rounds is a weekly seminar series to support the academic environment of the OSU CHS and OMECO Residency Programs. Topics and speakers are selected to provide faculty and trainees with up-to-date knowledge about timely issues in internal medicine. Grand Rounds occurs the first three Tuesday of each month at 7am.


Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Present evidence-based information for providing patient-centered care in healthcare settings.
  2. Provide evidence-based guides for diagnosing and managing common diseases in patients from all genders, across the life span.
  3. Identify, evaluate, and implement evidence-based preventative, diagnostic, and treatment/management strategies in healthcare settings.
  4. Improve the overall care of patients across the life span with special needs and those who suffer from pain or chronic or terminal conditions.

Accreditation
The Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians
