The Hypertension ECHO will improve blood pressure control and optimize outcomes for patients with hypertension in urban and rural areas by empowering and supporting health care teams to implement interdisciplinary approaches to care, use evidence-based knowledge to treat patients with hypertension, and work collaboratively with individuals, teams, and patients in their own community.

At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to: Analyze evidence-based practices in strength and conditioning to address gaps in current training approaches.
